Sambro approached the now president of Laklar with a deal. Laklar would gain independence, and reign free under 3 islands. The only cost was that they would be a permanent ally to Syracuse and her states.

Laklar agreed, and the nation was granted their islands - though the northern most island is still owned by Syracuse.

Laklar is a representative republic, with 4 year presidential terms that match Kerbelia's time stamps.
