During the "13 Bomb Incident," of Kerbal Year 2024, the Republic of Syracuse needed a UAV Submergable submarine to retrieve the nuclear bombs.
The SNN SEAR was the first ever "Carrier" for the DOLFIN.

After the 13 Bomb Crisis, Kerbelia saw the potential in DOLFIN. Kerbelia would order a custom SNN SCUD CLASS Submarine to be demilitarized and modified to carry the DOLFIN. The DOLFIN SUB would be deployed to the Kerbelian colony on Laythe, and would explore the deepest parts of the oceans in Laythe.
